Elegance and Practicality
How it's Made
If you've ever wondered how we create such stunning obstacles, you're at the right place! We do everything ourselves from designing to mold-making to resin-casting. We use premium materials to ensure top quality and everything is made to feel great.
Design & Model
First, we design my pieces on a computer and 3D print them. Then, we process them further so that the parts wind up perfectly smooth.
Molding
Next, we make the mold by pouring a premium silicone mix around the part and let it dry. A few hours later, the mold is complete!
Casting
Once we have a mold. it's a matter of filling it up!
We use epoxy resin, concrete and sometimes a mix of the two!
Each piece takes between 2 and 4 stages (2-4 days) to make.

Gripping
When the product is ready to take out of the mold, we add the grippy base. It's how our pieces grip better than our competitors.
Some of them even suction to smooth surfaces!
Coping
Last but not least, we add the metal coping (when required.)
We use a bit of UV resin to hold it in place while our stronger, more durable glue dries underneath.
